Peninsula Hot Springs is happy to be running the 3rd edition of the “Ride for Relief”, a unique charity cycling event which will raise funds and awareness to support Australians suffering from mental health issues. According to statistics*, depression is the leading cause of disability across the globe with an estimated one in five Australians affected by mental illness every year. Join us on Sunday 6 December for a memorable day on the bike and help make a difference and aid in providing relief to those living with these conditions. Participants will not only take on the challenge of riding through the beautiful terrain of Mornington Peninsula but can also unwind, relax and recover after the ride by bathing in natural hot springs at our multi-award winning destination.
